Retreats

Retreats are a vital part of CCF's ministry. Nothing helps build Christian community like getting away form campus as a group for a weekend devoted to worship, fellowship and spiritual formation.

CCF goes on four retreats throughout the school year. Two are during the fall semester.

In September, CCF goes to Jekyll Island, Ga., for our Beach Retreat. This retreat is full of fun, fellowship and community-building (with some worship and teaching time mixed in for good measure).
In November, CCF heads 45 minutes up the road to the Coastal Empire Christian Camp for our Fall Retreat. Highlights of this retreat include singing around the campfire, our Saturday night Talent Show and our annual Flamingo Football game.

Our other two retreats are during the spring semester.

In February, CCF travels eight hours up the road to Gatlinburg, Tenn., for the Gatlinburg Collegiate Conference. Over 800 college students from around the Southeastern U.S. are in attendance.
We close out the retreat year with the Spring Retreat at Woodland Christian Camp in Carrollton, Ga., where we are joined by the campus ministries from Georgia Tech and UGA.
